What can you do with it?

Each person has one link for their personal schedule and one per project. Whoever receives it picks a free slot and books the meeting, with or without an account.

  • In a project link you choose the members who must be free and who receive the meeting.
  • The link can be switched off or regenerated; regenerating invalidates the previous one.

When should you use it?

  • So clients or candidates book a call without back-and-forth emails.
  • To offer a demo several team members must attend.

How does it work in ArduMaker?

  1. Whoever opens the link sees the host's name, the project if any, and the possible durations. They never see what fills anyone's schedule.
  2. Slots are offered every 15 minutes when all participants are free: working hours minus events minus tasks, each in their time zone. Up to 45 days can be requested per query.
  3. On booking, the slot is checked again at that moment. If someone took it meanwhile, the booking is rejected.
  4. The meeting is created and emails go to the booker and each host, in their language and time zone, with the .ics attached.

What actually changes?

  • Personal link: an event in the owner's schedule, which travels to their Google Calendar.
  • Project link: a project meeting with a copy per participant and a line in the history.
  • A booker with an account also gets the event in their schedule; without an account, they are added as a guest to the host's Google event.
  • Cancelling (from the email link or the bookings list) removes it from all schedules and Google and notifies both sides.

  4. Schedule and Google: event or project meeting, optional Meet
  5. Emails: notice with .ics to each party
A booking

Expected result

The booking response includes the time, the Meet link if created, the .ics and a link to add it to Google Calendar.

Errors and troubleshooting

TypeCause
enlace_no_disponibleThe link does not exist, is switched off or its project was deleted.
horario_ocupadoThe slot is no longer free or falls outside what is offered.
demasiadas_reservasThe email already has 3 future meetings through this link, or the link received 40 bookings in one day.
  • Per IP there is a limit of 60 queries per minute to browse and 10 per hour to book or cancel.
  • If the notice email fails, the booking is not undone.
  • Cancelling twice is the same as cancelling once.

MCP access

There are no MCP tools to create or configure booking links. An agent can see the resulting project meetings with listar_reuniones and ver_reunion (see project calendar).
