Your link to book meetings
You share it, the other person picks a free slot and the meeting shows up in your Google Calendar with its video call. Free.
Three steps and you never coordinate by message again
Set your working hours
The blocks for each day, in your time zone. Outside them nobody can book you.
Connect Google Calendar
Your events block your availability, and what gets booked goes back to your calendar.
Share your link
Whoever opens it sees only your free slots and books, with or without an account.
A calendar that works for you
You set the rules once. The link does the rest.
Your working hours
Several blocks per day and a different schedule for each one.
Google Calendar, both ways
One or several accounts, and you choose which calendars count.
Video call included
Every meeting is born with its Google Meet link.
Everyone in their own time
Whoever books sees the slots in their time zone, not yours.
Your rules
Duration, minimum notice and how many days ahead.
One link per project
Choose who has to be free and show only those slots.
Email notices
Confirmation for both sides, with the file for any calendar.

Whoever booked can cancel from their email and the slot is freed.
Free with your account
The link, your calendar and the Google connection cost nothing. There is no paid version.
Frequently asked questions
- Does the person booking need an account?
- No. They open the link, choose how long, when, and leave their name and email. If they also have an account, the meeting shows up in their calendar too.
- How does it work with Google Calendar?
- You connect one or several accounts and choose the calendars. What you have in Google blocks your slots, and what gets booked in ArduMaker is created in Google.
- What if I do not use Google?
- The link works the same with ArduMaker's calendar. The only difference is that no Meet call is created; every meeting can be downloaded for any other calendar.
- Can I stop people from booking at the last minute?
- Yes. You set a minimum notice in hours and how many days ahead can be booked.
- Does it work for meetings with several people?
- Yes. Every project has its own link: you choose who has to be free and only the shared slots are offered.
- Can a meeting be cancelled?
- Yes. Whoever booked gets a link to cancel, and you can do it from your calendar. Both sides are notified and the slot is free again.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. It is free for anyone with an ArduMaker account.
