Email on your domain, for your team and for your app
@yourdomain.com mailboxes with webmail included, and bot accounts with an API to send and read from your program. You start for free.
Two ways to use email, one account
People write from their mailbox. Programs, from a bot account.
Mailboxes for your team
Email as usual, with your company's name on it.
- @yourdomain.com addresses for each person
- Webmail included at mail.ardumaker.com
- IMAP and SMTP for Outlook, Gmail or your phone
- Aliases, folders and anti-spam
Bot accounts with an API
The email your application sends: notices, invoices, passwords.
- One endpoint to send and another to read what arrives
- One key per program, renewed or revoked at will
- Every email queued, with a status you can check
- Attachments and up to 50 recipients per send
Priced per mailbox, no minimums
You pay for the mailboxes you create. Start on the free plan and switch when you need to.

Ready in four steps
Link your domain
If you already manage it in ArduMaker, the DNS records are created for you.
Verify the DNS
MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, each with its own status. It checks by itself.
Create the mailboxes
Each person signs in at mail.ardumaker.com or with their mail client.
Connect your app
Create a bot account, generate its key and send your first email.
Everything around email, already solved
What elsewhere takes three different services.
Every kind of alias
Domain, personal and temporary ones with an expiry date.
Guided DNS
It tells you which record is missing and checks again on its own.
A send queue you can see
Queued, sending, sent and failed, with no guessing.
Access log
Who signed in over SMTP or IMAP to each account, and when.
With your AI too
Your agent creates mailboxes, reads and sends over MCP, with your permission.
Storage that fits
Each mailbox has its own plan: move it up when it fills.
The API, in two requests
One to send and one to read. That covers almost everything.
Frequently asked questions
- Where do I sign in to my mailbox?
- At mail.ardumaker.com, with your address and password. You can also use any mail client over IMAP and SMTP: Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or your phone's.
- How much does it cost?
- You pay per mailbox per month, and there is a free plan to start with. The current price of each plan is on this page. There is no charge per email sent.
- Can I use a domain I have with another provider?
- Yes. You add four DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) wherever the domain lives and ArduMaker verifies them. If the domain is already in ArduMaker, they are created for you.
- What is a bot account?
- A mailbox meant for a program rather than a person: it does not sign in to the webmail; it sends and reads through the API with a key you can renew or revoke at any time.
- What are the API limits?
- Up to 20 emails per minute, 1000 waiting, 50 recipients per send and 10 MB of attachments. Anything above the rate stays queued and goes out in turn.
- Can my AI agent read and send email?
- Yes. Through ArduMaker's MCP server an agent manages domains and mailboxes, and reads and sends messages, always within what you authorise.
