Will you take my site down?
No. We make a full backup before touching anything and run the final tests with the site running. If something isn't right, we roll back to the backup.
What access do you need?
A temporary WordPress admin user and, if we migrate, access to the DNS or domain. Always through a secure channel: we never ask for passwords by email.
How long does it take?

Do I have to change hosting?
