What can you do with it?

Every project keeps a record of what happens inside it: who did what and when. It covers the project, stages, tasks, checklist, comments, members, linked resources, folders and attachments with their comments, project meetings and linked GitHub repos.

TypeWhat it records
CREATECreation
UPDATEEdit
DELETELogical deletion: goes to the trash and can be undone
RESTORERestore from the trash
PURGEPermanent deletion
VIEWEach person's last visit

When should you use it?

  • To find out who changed a task or deleted an attachment.
  • To review what an MCP agent did on its owner's behalf.
  • To find what to restore from the trash.

How does it work in ArduMaker?

  • Entries are listed from newest to oldest, up to 500 per query (100 by default).
  • Visits do not pile up one row per request: that person's last visit in the project is updated.
  • If an MCP agent performed the action, the entry identifies it and its owner.
  • GitHub commits do not create entries: the commit already stores author and date.

What actually changes?

  • The history lives as long as the project: a (logical) project deletion does not lose it.
  • When a project is permanently purged, its history goes with it and only a permanent purge record remains, without a link to the project.

Expected result

Each entry includes user, profile picture, action description, type, date and, when relevant, the agent's data.

Errors and troubleshooting

  • Without enough level in the logs section, the history is not shown.
  • A deletion (DELETE) can still be undone; a purge (PURGE) cannot.

MCP access

  • ver_logs_proyecto: history with an optional type filter and limit (up to 500).
  • listar_papelera and ver_papelera: what was deleted, by whom and what each deletion took along.
  • restaurar_papelera: undoes a deletion (modifies, does not destroy).

What agents do is also recorded in their own audit log. Reference: /mcp/docs.
