At ArduMaker, each Company can have its own WhatsApp Business account, once that feature is enabled for it. 👉 Each number is isolated per client. 👉 Each conversation is logged. 👉 Each webhook is managed within its own environment.

You can: • Send messages via API • Receive messages automatically • Work with files: images, audio, PDF • Listen for status changes (delivered, read, failed) • Transcribe to text the audios and images you receive, if you activate that option on the number

Webhooks are configured per account and support three modes, depending on how you want to receive traffic: • Instant: each event is sent immediately • Debounce: groups messages from the same conversation for a few seconds • By interval: sends everything pending every X seconds

Everything organized by Company. You don't mix clients. You don't mix numbers. You don't mix data.

Consumption is also separated: WhatsApp messages, SMS, and calls are counted per Company, with their own monthly and total spending limits.
