Will you break my app?
No. We make a full backup before touching anything and run the final tests with the app running. If something isn't right, we roll back to the backup.
What access do you need?
Access to the repository (for example GitHub) or the server where it runs. Always through a secure channel: we never ask for passwords by email.
How long does it take?
Usually one business day once we have the payment confirmed and the access available.
Which Python versions do you update?
Any unsupported version (3.7, 3.8, 3.9...) we move to a supported one, along with the dependencies that have known vulnerabilities.
