# Invoicing

Company tax details, movement history and PDF invoices for payments.

## What can you do with it?

- Enter tax details: country, tax or VAT number, legal name, address and contact email.
- See the paginated movement history, with its type.
- Download the PDF of each issued invoice.

## When should you use it?

Before the first payments, so invoices carry the right details, and whenever a receipt is needed.

## How does it work in ArduMaker?

Only payments (positive, successful movements) are billable; charges, usage and commissions do not generate invoices. Each invoice is tied to one payment and keeps a copy of the tax details at the time it was issued: changing the details later does not alter existing invoices.

ArduMaker issues invoices for billable payments. Without a tax ID or name, the invoice is issued to a final consumer. History is paged 50 at a time by default, up to 100.

## What actually changes?

Editing tax details updates the company. Issuing an invoice creates the document with its PDF, tied to the payment.

## Expected result

In the history, each invoiced payment shows its invoice. The PDF is downloaded through ArduMaker, which checks that the requester belongs to the company.

## Errors and troubleshooting

- **403 editing tax details**: only a company admin can change them.
- **404 `factura_not_found`**: the invoice does not belong to that company.
- **404 without PDF**: the invoice exists but its PDF has not been generated yet.
- **Payment without invoice**: the movement is billable and the invoice has not been issued yet.

## MCP access
