# Agreements to tasks

Turns a possible task from a meeting summary into a project task, linked to the minute it was said.

## What can you do with it?

The [summary](https://ardumaker.com/en/docs/resumenes-con-ia) proposes tasks but creates none. This explicit step turns a proposal into a task in a project stage.

## When should you use it?

- After a client meeting, to load pending work without copying it by hand.
- When an agent reviews the meeting and proposes what to create, so a person confirms it.

## How does it work in ArduMaker?

1. Pick a possible task from the summary and the stage where it goes.
2. ArduMaker creates the task with the proposal text as its name; the description states which recording and minute it came from.
3. The proposal is marked with the created task. Asking again returns the same task, without duplicating.

> **INFO:** It only works with project recordings: a private-profile recording has no board and must be moved to a project first.

## What actually changes?

- A new [task](https://ardumaker.com/en/docs/tareas) in the chosen stage, behaving like any other (owner, auto-scheduling, history).
- The summary proposal now shows that task's id.

## Expected result

The task appears on the board; its description lets you go back to the exact moment in the meeting.

## Errors and troubleshooting

| Type | Cause |
| --- | --- |
| `meeting_private` | The recording is in a private profile. |
| `meeting_invalid` | The proposal position or the stage is missing, or not numbers. |
| `meeting_not_found` | The recording does not exist, there is no current summary, or no proposal at that position. |

Without permission to create tasks in the project, the request is rejected even if the recording is visible.

## MCP access

`crear_tarea_desde_propuesta_grabacion` does the same from an agent: `indice` is the position in `ver_grabacion`'s possible tasks. Repeating it returns the same task. Since the summary is a draft, the agent should confirm with its user before creating it.
